Dans un communiqué officiel signé ce même mercredi par le porte-parole du gouverneur militaire du Nord Kivu, le lieutenant colonel Guyllaume Ndejike, intercepté par la rédaction de Verite.cd, les Forces Armées de la République Démocratique du Congo (FARDC) rejettent en bloc les accusations du M23 sur une prétendue violation,de leur part, du cessez-le-feu à Kibumba.
” Les prétendus accrochages qui seraient survenus ce mercredi 12 avril 2023 au Mont Nyindu en groupement de Kibumba qui auraient opposé la jeunesse de Wazendo au M-23/RDF n’engagent en rien les FARDC”, lit-on dans ce document.
“Les Forces Armées de la République Démocratique du Congo rejettent avec véhémence les accusations non fondées véhiculées par l’ennemi M23 / RDF, selon lesquelles elles auraient violé le cessez – le – feu à KIBUMBA .
Elles considèrent cependant cela , comme étant un jeu de pyromane/sapeur – pompier orchestré de toutes pièces par ceux – là qui ne veulent pas s’inscrire dans la volonté des accords de Chefs d’Etats des Etats d’Afrique de l’Est”, poursuit ledit communiqué.
Par ailleurs, l’armée régulière renseigne que les auteurs de ces coups sont recherchés et 59 personnes de ce groupe sont interpellées avec 4 armes AK-47, des machettes, des lances et des couteaux.
